Passionate, personable, and a natural advocate, Rachael originally founded Keystone Nannies to provide education and awareness about the nanny industry, as she coaches families and nannies all over the United States and has now built it into a full-service placement agency. She is professionally trained and has been in the industry, both as a nanny and household manager, for over 30 years, giving her extensive knowledge of the industry in regards to taxes and industry standards. Her work experience includes a wide range of ages, from infant to preteen, special needs families, and unique family dynamics. Rachael also has a strong knowledge of nutrition and the effects food has on behaviors.

Rachael is a Lancaster native and is an alumni of the Penn State Nanny School, which sadly closed in the early 1990’s . She’s a proud mother of two and grandmother of one little girl she holds dear to her heart. In her spare time, Rachael enjoys bike trails with her husband, family dinners, and exploring.
