Karissa began her journey in the restoration industry since 2021. She began her training specifically learning the intricacies of fire restoration. In fire restoration, Karissa learned, yes, how to restore a building after a fire has occurred, but more importantly the keys to caring for her customers after they have experienced this type of loss.  From fire restoration, she transitioned into management. You can now find Karissa in the office communicating with adjusters, writing proposals for customers, or crunching numbers for her job budgets.
Restore Plus is a full service disaster relief restoration company. The 6 disciplines of restoration we focus on are: water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration. We also focus on restoring storm damage and work alongside the insurance and the insured from the point of first loss until it is all put back together again.
