Over a decade ago my passion for real estate was inspired by reading the classic book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” Ever since then I continued to expand my knowledge of real estate, reading more books, listening to podcasts, and remaining up to date with what was happening in the real estate markets. In 2024, I decided it was time to finally get licensed and work full time in an industry I’m passionate about – Real Estate. With a strong financial background of working in retail banking and investments, I am able to approach every client with a deep understanding of how the purchase or sale of a home will affect them financially, maneuvering financial complexities and explaining things in a deep, yet comprehensible way to ensure my clients are not blindly following, but learning and understanding every step of the transaction. My background allows me to work in unison with lenders and financial advisors as a team in the best interest of our mutual clients. Every transaction is different. Many people underestmate how much negotiation goes into a deal. I love to make a deal but I also like to win for my clients. I make sure I fully understand the leverage I have in a transaction so I can provide them with the best outcome. As an avid poker player, I have a better understanding of how to pull another person to their limit without prompting them to fold, as well as how to stomach a situation when the cards don’t fall in our favor and confidently guide my clients through the next steps. I love real estate, I love working with people, and I love seeing how the work I do improves the lives of those I work with.
