About You

Vyron Youth Performance
Hello, my name is Steven Feliciano, and I am the owner and founder of Vyron Youth Performance. As an athlete growing up, I participated in various sports, but it wasn’t until high school that I was introduced to competitive performance training. That experience showed me the tremendous impact that proper athletic development can have on a young athlete’s confidence, ability, and long-term success.

I believe performance training should be an essential part of every young athlete’s development, regardless of the sport they play. Building strength, speed, agility, coordination, balance, mobility, and athletic confidence at an early age creates a strong foundation that athletes can carry with them throughout their development.

At Vyron Youth Performance, our mission is to help young athletes reach their full potential in every sport and in life. We provide age-appropriate, sport-specific, and general athletic development designed to help athletes become stronger, faster, more coordinated, confident, and resilient.

Our training is designed for athletes participating in soccer, basketball, football, baseball, lacrosse, volleyball, track & field, and other competitive sports. Whether an athlete is just beginning their athletic journey or working toward the goal of competing at the collegiate level, including D1 athletics, our goal is to provide the training, guidance, and environment they need to continue progressing.
Our Training Approach
We organize our group sessions by age and developmental stage:

  • Ages 4–6: Fundamental movement, coordination, balance, agility, and athletic confidence
  • Ages 7–9: Movement development, speed, agility, strength foundations, and sport readiness
  • Ages 10–13: Athletic development, strength, speed, power, agility, and injury-risk reduction
  • Ages 14–17: Advanced performance training, strength and conditioning, speed, power, agility, and preparation for high school and collegiate athletics

To provide athletes with individualized attention and quality coaching, group sessions are limited to a maximum of six athletes. We also offer private individual training and small private-group sessions for athletes who want a more personalized training experience.

At Vyron Youth Performance, we are committed to developing better athletes, confident competitors, and disciplined young people. Our goal is not simply to help athletes perform better on the field or court—it is to help them develop the work ethic, confidence, discipline, and mindset that will benefit them long after their playing days are over.
