| About You |
Platypus Strategists is led by Kristen Krista. She helps entrepreneurs shape their impact on the world through their talent, time, and treasure.
Kristen holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has more than 400 hours of coaching experience with individuals and teams, 300+ hours of coaching education through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), and is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) as well as an iPEC Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
Her practice is rooted in iPECs Energy Leadership Coaching. This Core Energy Coaching is based on the two-fold understanding that humans are, at the core, energetic beings and that the quality and amount of core energy a person experiences daily will determine his or her overall potential to pursue goals and experience fulfillment. Kristen uses the Energy Leadership Index™ Assessment (and 360 Assessment) to help her clients better understand how they show up in the world and how to shift their energy for better communication, collaboration, productivity, and success.
Kristen uses her extensive collective of experts to benefit her clients. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and is a life-long voracious reader. She is a Stroke and Turn Judge for USA Swimming and enjoys her Masters Swim Team.
