How We Began: Suzanne Long, RN (retired) case managed lead-poisoned children from 1998 to 2010. In 2011, she started her own business. Property Lead Inspections, LLC. Kathryn Germer, LPN, her daughter, has been a nurse for over 20 years and Rich Germer, her son-in-law, joined the company in 2014 as the business expanded. Rich, our Home Inspector, has been a part of the building industry for over 25 years, the last 15 of which he has been a certified building inspector specializing in multiple categories including both commercial residential, old and new construction.
We are all Certified Lead Based Paint Risk Assessors and Rich Germer is also a certified professional real estate home inspector.
