Being a member of RPP offers an invaluable opportunity to cultivate relationships in numerous ways. RPP facilitates large mixer events where both members and guests converge, creating an environment conducive to strengthening existing connections and forging new ones. These mixers serve as platforms for individuals to interact, exchange ideas, and engage in meaningful conversations, fostering a sense of camaraderie and community among participants. Whether it’s solidifying bonds with familiar faces or introducing oneself to new acquaintances, these gatherings provide a dynamic space for relationship-building on various levels, ultimately enriching the personal and professional networks of all involved.
New in 2026 RPP is offering a Lunch and Learn event held twice throughout the year. This is a member exclusive opportunity for our members to meet for more intentional professional development.
525 Monthly Networking
Join us for our popular 525 Networking Happy Hour, held monthly on the 3rd Thursday of each month unless holding a or special mixer. Starting at 5:25pm and ending at 6:25pm (hence the name), these gatherings provide a perfect opportunity for casual networking and socializing. We rotate locations for our events, ensuring they are conveniently situated near our chapter meetings in Lancaster, Berks and Dauphin counties. These events are open to all members and their guests, with a cash bar and food available for purchase. There’s no formal program during these happy hours; it’s just a great time to connect and enjoy some relaxed networking!

725 Breakfast Mixer Networking
Start your morning with connection and networking at our 725 Breakfast Mixer! Held at 7:25 AM, these gatherings take place during various months throughout the year at rotating locations in Lancaster County. These mixers are open to all members and their guests, breakfast options are usually available, and we often have a planned speaker. Sign up for more information and enjoy a great opportunity to meet, mingle, and enjoy relaxed networking to kick off your day!

Fall Mixer
Every year, typically in September or October, we host another fantastic event called the Fall Mixer at RPP. This event is similar to the Spring Mixer, with delicious appetizers, a cash bar, and a fun atmosphere for mingling and networking. However, we usually add a special focus on our Membership Drive during the Fall Mixer, making it a great opportunity for both existing and potential members to connect and learn more about the benefits of joining RPP. Like the Spring Mixer, guests are encouraged to come along with our members, and there’s no cost for either members or their guests. Get ready for a fantastic evening of networking, good food, and camaraderie at the Fall Mixer!

Spring Mixer
Usually in March, RPP hosts a fantastic event called the Spring Mixer. Guests are encouraged to attend along with our members or as a way to check out the group. Best of all, there’s no charge for members or their guests, and we’ll have plenty of heavy appetizers. There’s a cash bar for those who want to enjoy a drink. The Spring Mixer is designed to get everyone mingling and having a great time!
